Order new products

• Place the order
• Verify that correct quantities are ordered

Receive product

• Verify that the order is correct
• Open boxes
• Place product on shelves

Bill the patient

• Complete the form (bill)
• Give correct payment information to patient
• Wait for the patient or the person accompanying him to pay at accounts receivables
• Expect 70% bad debts if billing is invoiced

Make sure supplies are sufficient

• Verify the expiry dates of products
• Eliminates responsibility for stolen products
